Ion Luca Caragiale,also referred as I. L. Caragiale was a Romanian playwright, short story writer, poet, theater manager,and journalist.He was born between the 1th of february and the 13th and died on the 9th of june,1812.He's considered one of the greatest playwrights in Romania.He wrote plays such as "O scrisoare pierduta,O noapte furtunoasa" etc.
