a. √x -√y =1 si 3√x +x√y =3 <=> 3√x -3√y =3 => prin scaderea celor doua ecuatii obtinem -3√y -x√y =0 <=> √y·(-3-x) =0 <=> dar deoarece pentru orice y∈R₊ => √y >= 0 iar -3-x < 0 pentru x∈R₊ ,singura varianta posibila este y=0 => √x =1 => x=1 ;S={(0;1)} .
b. x+y=8 si 2√x/y +2√y/x =5 <=> √x/y +√y/x =5/2 <=> x/y +y/x +2 =25/4 <=>
x/y +y/x =17/4 (x;y > 0) => x=8/5 si y=32/5 sau x=32/5 si y=8/5 => S={(8/5;32/5),(32/5;8/5)} .
