In the first photo we have three families and their children,and in the second photo we have a group of adults having a meeting.
The parents impact the life of the children immensley,much more than the co-workers.Parents help you all throughout life.While the meeting is important and having a good relationship with co-workers is important,its nowhere near the scale of the impact parents have on their children.
